Sinu Referral Rewards
Sinu wants to reward you for referring potential new customers to us. And, so that everybody can benefit, we are rewarding both the company from which the referral comes, and the individual who actually does the referring!
What does this mean? It means that if you refer a company to us, and they become a customer, we are going to give you an iPod (or a giftcard if you already collected on the iPod), and we are going to give your company a discount on their bill. Literally, everybody wins!
And, on a first come, first serve basis, we are giving away 2 brand new 17" Dell monitors! The first two quality leads we receive will automatically win! (we define "quality" as a referral which leads to a meeting with the prospect client).
Here is the fine print:
- Referrals are based on first come, first serve submission, to be held exclusive for 90 days.
- Referral rewards begin on the 1st of the month immediately following the referred company's signed contract and initial months payment.
- The referred company must have 6 or more employees at the time of the signing with Sinu.
- Referrals result in one Sinu Seat for a month for free for every 4 seats in the referred company. A referred company of 8 would result in two free seats. A company of 20 would be rewarded with 5 free seats.
- Referral rewards appear in the form of a discount on a customer's monthly bill. The total discount will be spread into 12 equal reductions over the course of 1 year, as long as the referred customer remains an active Sinu customer
- The individual employee who provides the referral will be eligible for an iPod (exact model may vary based on availability) as a one-time reward. After that, individual employees will be eligible for $50 gift cards from iTunes or Amazon.com for signed referrals.
To qualify for the Referral Rewards , an organization referred to Sinu must meet all of the following conditions:
- The organization is not a current Sinu customer, nor has it ever used Sinu in the past for itself or on behalf of any department, branch, office, employee or paid representative of the organization; and
- The organization has activated its Sinu account, to be defined by the receipt of payment by Sinu for the organization's initial setup & 1st months fee ; and
- The organization has indicated its referral to Sinu either by ( 1 ) submission with Sinu through the online Sinu Referral Rewards form or (2) by explicitly mentioning , in writing or email, the organization prior to account activation
- The organization has not inquired with Sinu in the past nor has there been correspondence between Sinu and the organization about the use of Sinu's service.
This is the only Agreement of this nature between Sinu and Referrer . Referrer understands it is not an employee of Sinu and will be responsible for any personal tax implications that arise from this Agreement. Referrer will hold harmless Sinu from all claims and liability arising from Referrer 's failure to report or pay such taxes.
